With over 20 years of practice, yoga has given Melanie not only a sense of mindfulness to her mental and physical health, but it has also helped her in her journey toward self-awareness. She finished two consecutive 200 hour teacher trainings -- one in Hatha Yoga and the other in Anusara™️ Yoga. She currently teaches at Stein Eriksen Lodge as well as THE SHOP. Having taught 3500+ hours, Melanie’s focus now rests on helping others open an extraordinary loop of therapeutic benefits enhanced for the anatomy of the human body.
